You can permanently delete your Travel from Your Couch account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.
Open the Travel from Your Couch app and log in.
Go to Profile.
Open Settings.
Select Delete account.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
When your account is deleted, we will remove the following data associated with your account:
Your profile and account information
Personal data associated with your use of the app
Saved preferences and account settings linked to your profile
Please mind that we may retain certain information for a limited period when required by law or necessary for legitimate purposes such as legal compliance, security, fraud prevention or regulatory requirements.
If you cannot access your account or the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us at support@travelfromyourcouch.com.
